Please check if:

• The correct code has been spelled correctly in the checkout page.
• You are logged in to your MadWorld account (if the code is for MadWorld users only).
• The items in your order are NOT promo items (e.g. Bangin' Breakfast Duo, etc.).
• You meet the minimum requirements of the code (e.g. minimum spend, specific promo item, etc.).
• The code still does not work upon refreshing the page.
