You can still make changes to your order as long as:
- The order has yet not been dispatched.
- It is more than two hours before the scheduled delivery time.
If you meet both requirements, do reach out via any of our channels. Do not forget to include your order number!
Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched or your request is made within two hours of delivery, we will not be able to make any additional changes.
