What is the status of my order?Updated 2 years ago

You should have received an email or SMS notification to update you about your order. However, if for some reason you have not received it, send us your order number via any of our channels and we will get back to you ASAP with an update about your order.

We currently use third party logistics couriers to deliver your food. While we dispatch on time, there may be delays due to inclement weather or availability of riders. We highly encourage that you order in advance. 

However, if you prefer to book for your own rider, you may select the option for self pick up from any of our stores upon check out, and book once your order is ready. You can also opt to pick up your orders personally via the self pick up option as well. 

Note: If you cannot find the email, it most likely ended up in your Promotions tab! Thank you for supporting MadEats!
